After many years at our old address we have moved to our own domain, completely redesigned the look and provided a very large array of content to help keep you informed about how the Show is going.
There are also many new features to help make your life easier, we have a contact form to reach the crew organising the show (please don’t abuse this), the option to email your ticket bookings to the box office as well as the usual print outs, downloadable soundtracks for you to listen to on your computer and many other little helpful things.
Possibly the largest of these improvements are the forums, we only get a small time when we’re not rehearsing to get to know each other so being able to chat during our off hours will be a great way to bond with your fellow cast members. You are welcome to discuss anything there but we expect you to be polite and courteous just like you would be during rehearsals.
Being new there are a few areas that need information adding, if you happen to know something that might be important you can send Mike, our webmaster, an email via the contact form or leave a message in the forums.
Mike maintains a small section listing all major changes to the website so if you’re really interested you can read it here.
Due to the fantastic progress the cast is making there will not be a rehearsal on Sunday the 12th October. You will have been told tonight but like all important notices they will be mentioned here too.
Auditions have finished and cast members should receive their placements over the next week. Thank you for auditioning and we look forward to seeing you next week.
There are still a few gaps in the crew and backstage so if you want to help out behind the scenes use the contact form to drop the committee a line.
The performances of this years will show will be in February 2009, it might seem a long time off now but the time will sure go by quickly.
We’ll be announcing when the auditions for the 2010 show will be in January so keep checking back for updates.
Tonight we open auditions and commence rehearsals for the 2009 Milton Keynes Gang Show. Don’t fret we’ll only be going over the large numbers so there will be plenty of time to get practice in.
There will be another audition evening next week so if you’re reading this and you find you’ve forgotten about the auditions tonight you’ve got not only another chance but a whole extra week to practise!
Dedication is what you need!
Wanting to be involved requires a fair amount of time so check now whether you’ll be available for all the important dates on our handy information pages:
